We ship from our Texas-based warehouse and directly from authorized partner warehouses across the United States.

All standard products include a 5-Year Limited Warranty, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. For warranty service, email info@slite.us.
Yes, within 30 days of the invoice date if unused and in original packaging.
- RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) required
- Customer pays return shipping (unless product is defective or shipped incorrectly)
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to any returns requested more than 30 days after the invoice date.
Refunds are issued 7–10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
Report it to us within 5 business days. We’ll replace or credit the item at no cost after verification.
