Shipping Policy
At Slite Electrical Supply Corp., we are committed to providing reliable, transparent, and cost-effective shipping solutions for our professional lighting customers.
Free Ground Shipping applies to qualifying orders over $3,000 (order subtotal after discounts, before tax) shipping to the continental U.S.
Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
Free shipping applies to Ground service only. Expedited or LTL service may incur additional charges even on qualifying orders.
Shipping fees for smaller orders are calculated based on:
- Product weight, dimensions, and packaging
- Delivery destination
- Chosen service level (Ground, Express, LTL, etc.)
The final shipping cost is provided at checkout or within your custom quotation.
Shipping Methods & Cut-Off Times

Transit time: 2–7 business days, depending on location and product availability.

Best for: bulk / pallet orders.
Dispatch: ships next business day — no same-day dispatch.

Availability: upon request.
Cut-off: place order before 11:00 AM CST for same-day shipment. Orders placed after ship the next business day.
Delivery options: Liftgate, jobsite, or inside delivery must be requested before shipment.
Note: Express and Overnight services are subject to product availability and warehouse cut-off times.
Processing Time
- In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Made-to-order or specialty items will include estimated lead times on the quote or order confirmation.
- Tracking numbers will be emailed once the order ships.
- Customers must inspect deliveries and report damages within 5 business days.
